Garden Journal - Open Garden Day!

This beautiful pink climbing rose near the Folly has excellent timing! Today was an Open Garden Day and this rose was ready for its Closeup! On Open Garden Days, the Gardens at Highspire may be toured from 1:00pm to 4:00pm by the public without reservation. Despite afternoon temperatures in the mid-90s, the attendance was Fine!

The first Stella D'Oro daylilies also made their debut today!
