Lucy at the "Mutt Strut"!

Lovely Lucy attended the "Mutt Strut" this morning! It is a benefit for the Humane Society of Morgan County (West Virginia). Lucy rolled to victory as the "Smallest Dog" (2.2 pounds) and raised $50.00 for the Humane Society!
