Thanksgiving Animal Transport -- Neither Rain, nor Snow, nor Sleet .....

This Thanksgiving was especially meaningful because I traveled down to Huntington WV to transport 11 dogs to Rescue! My passengers included 6 Japanese Chins headed to Cumberland MD and 5 Yorkies headed to Rescue Me! Yorkie Rescue in Chambersburg PA.

On the left is the littlest Japanese Chin who just couldn't get enough snuggles! Here we enjoyed a travel break together at Sutton, WV.

On our travels, we encountered every condition Mother Nature had to throw at us ... rain, snow, sleet, hail, and eventually gloom of night. Nonetheless, we completed our journey trip late Friday night with all passengers safely at their destinations.

This little senior Yorkie boy on the right was quite frail and has come home with me for some special TLC and extra helpings of Thanksgiving Dinner! His name is Little Mo!
