Run For The Border!! Animal Transport - Arkansas to Canada

Today on the transport I drove a truck filled with sweet doggies from Strasburg VA to Harrisburg PA.

The brown dog is "Freckles", a Black Cur mix, and she is headed for foster in Canada. "Pepper" is the cuddly pooch on my lap and she is headed to New Hampshire to her new Forever Home.

Also along for the ride were 5 9 lbs. English Setter/coonhound mix puppies on their way to rescue in upstate New York. This puppy insisted that I rub his belly at every stop!

Today we passed through four states on my legs of the transport -- Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Because this may be the only time my "passengers" ever visit West Virginia, on each transport I always inform my passengers when they are entering the land of my birth, the Great State of West Virginia, and I give out biscuits -- so they'll remember our fine hospitality and West Virginia fondly!
